Stadium Work-Out

Sometimes I just can’t bring myself to work out in the gym. I often feel as though the best work-outs can happen outside. So the other weekend we headed over to Chapman University to do a stadium work-out (targeting those wonderful gluteus) and let me tell you, my legs were jell-o for two days after! The overall circuit was 45 minutes with 2 minute breaks between each cycle. I recommend going to any local high school or college football field to utilize their track and stadium seating stairs. Or, pretty much anywhere with a bunch of stairs. For the final circuit check out the core exercises from our core series we did a while back (here, here, here, and here).
