Well, we spent the entire weekend packing up our little 1,100 square foot condo… it was a bittersweet day as we said goodbye to the home in which we started our lives together…. where we brought home our little labradoodle, and where we eventually welcomed Harper into the world. It was a wonderful place as we grew as newlyweds… a comforting place at the end of each day… and a welcome spot to come home to after our travels. And while saying goodbye to nine years worth of memories wasn’t easy… and still tugs at my heart a little… we also welcomed in new possibilities….

And with that, we had our inspection on the new home yesterday. It couldn’t have come at a better time, as it helped to ease the sadness of closing the door on one part of our lives. As we walked through the home for the first time since the open house, we looked at it with a new light. This is the next chapter of our lives… a new set of walls to hold our memories… happiness, sadness, life changes, and all that life has to give us. So, as we head into the week ahead I do so with great anticipation for what the next few months, and future, will bring us! Have a wonderful week friends! xx

Looking forward to getting back into a workout routine this week… since moving was my working out this past weekend!

BB Dakota, one of my favorite brands, has some of the cutest new arrivals… like this jumpsuit, pretty little blush cardigan, and this lightweight utility jacket (love the color).

I’m obsessed with these casual, yet work appropriate joggers, which come in several color options and petite sizes!

I’m also loving the selection of Free People items…. like this wide legged jumpsuit, polka dot midi dress, + this basic black bodysuit.

A few new casual favorites that I’m currently loving include cute button front ribbed top, casual gathered tank, smocked swing top (I like the white and mauve), knot strap swing dress (cutest little tie details), casual drape front cardigan in white, and these cute paperbag crop jeans (so great for summer and fall).

This one shoulder nude top is beautiful for a summer date night… especially paired with these cute distressed shorts!

I think bodycon dresses are a great, casual, summer dress outfit… I own this ribbed option in the rust, think this dress in military green is gorgeous (comes in tons of colors…), + this midi dress option (4 color choices)….

A few home items that I’ve had my eye on forever, but never bought because I knew we’d be moving, include this beautiful macrame chandelier or beaded chandelier , outdoor accent chairs (on major sale!!! #obsessed), this beautiful couch (although I’ll likely wait for an Anthro Day discount….) or this sectional option. Of course, we have a while until we have to pick out furniture!
