I briefly shared yesterday that Harper was diagnosed with hand-foot-mouth…. and we’ve had an eventful past couple of days. We were up every hour with her Tuesday night… and then yesterday was off all around with a very early wake-up, no nap, and overall day spent inside relaxing…. I chatted about it briefly on insta-stories and the number of messages I received telling me to watch out because adults can get it too was overwhelming! I’m not the hypochondriac of the family, I leave that roll to TJ, but all day I felt like I was seeing red rashes on my skin… that my mouth was getting sores… and that I was running a fever. My skin felt itchy. It’s amazing the tricks the mind can play on you… since I went to bed the prior evening not thinking twice about rashes and itchiness on my skin!

Alllll of that to say, I think Harper is starting to feel better… full of energy as ever…. and even a little sassy last night. But, before she came down with HFM, my mom and I went on a quick little shopping trip on Monday and we both stumbled across this adorable navy blue, wide legged jumpsuit and fell in love (#Twins). It’s perfect for a casual everyday look, and can easily be dressed up if an occasion calls for it. I’ve been loving jumpsuits for a while now… bought my first one right after Harper was born (almost identical to this one). I feel as if they’re a fun take on a dress… one piece so you don’t have to put much thought into the outfit… since both the top and bottom are already decided for you. Top them with denim jackets, suede jackets, cardigans, or wear them solo on a beautiful day…. .sandals, kicks, and heels all work depending on the event…..

There are tons of cute jumpsuit options here…. and I also bought this stripe one recently (wearing it on Monday to an outing with my mom). This super casual gray one was super comfortable for a full day of traveling to Hawaii. I also think that this linen tie front option, ruffle jumpsuit with the cutest back, + this cropped stripe suite are all so cute.
