I was looking at the spring calendar a few days ago and realized that there were so many fun occasions coming up… Easter, Mother’s Day, our upcoming Hawaii trip… and for some, graduations and weddings.  Occasions where I put away my tried and true distressed jeans and pull out a dress (yes, I promise I do actually own those….)… clean myself up a bit I guess. So, in my quest to find some cute pieces for above said occasions, I thought I’d share a few of my favorite finds with you, juuuust in case you have something fancy and fun planned in the next couple of months too….

So, I stumbled across this little floral number and was initially drawn to the blush color-way (which I still love)…. but, I thought the florals were just to good to pass up…. I love the front slit, and the way the dress hangs nicely on the body… not too tight, not too loose… the perfect dress to hide any vacation bloat….. it easily transitions into casual life with some casual slides and a denim jacket…. I also think this floral dress, and this one, are both gorgeous options too….

I also always love a little white dress for spring and summer… annnnd, this midi option was the one I ended up purchasing for Easter. I think it easily dresses up for a festive event, but can also be worn for work with a cardigan/blazer… or for a casual afternoon with kicks and a denim jacket. This white slip-dress is gorgeous! I adore this white eyelet dress (so beautiful) and for a more casual option, just bought this tiered sleeve dress for Hawaii.

Cut-outs…. I’m kinda obsessed with them right now. I love the little bit of skin they show without being too revealing. I bought this black maxi option for Hawaii (I’d had my eye on it since last summer and it sold out, so when it came back in stock I wasn’t letting that happen again…). This polka dot option is super adorable too.

Annnd, lastly, I love eyelet for spring. It’s so crisp and adds a feminine detail to any outfit. This blush dress is gorgeous, drop-waist dress, and this slip dress.

Either way, whatever the occasion, I’m looking forward to getting fancy!
