Weekend Guide to Carmel-by-the-Sea

GUIDE TO CARMEL

Getting away for weekend getaways is one of my (and Allison’s) most important indulgences in life. The opportunity to escape the realities of life (i.e. grocery shopping, cleaning, planning meals for the week… you get the drift) is invaluable. It allows me to recharge, refresh, renew my life perspective, and reconnect with whoever I am with (more often than not this is with TJ!).  This past weekend was spent in Carmel relaxing and enjoying the beautiful, sleepy, coastal town. And although I say sleepy, there is actually so much to do. It’s safe, quaint, and beautiful all at the same time… people are friendly, and there are always doggie treats and water bowls for the furry friends. I loved the town so much so, that I have put together a “Weekend Guide to Carmel,” in case you ever chose to take a trip up the California Coast. Of course, these are simply a few of our favorite spots and activities, and there are many more options and places to explore in the Carmel area! Hope you enjoy!
