This past weekend seemed like a bit of a whirlwind… a good whirlwind… but quick moving with little downtime. No complaining from me, since we seemed to hit all the important facets of our lives… a little parent time, family time, extended family time with a super bowl party, delicious eats, good wine, + great conversation….

But as I was sitting in my über on the way to Napa, I came across this quote and thought I’d share it here.

“May you approach this season with gratitude + deeply rooted hope that everyday will teach you something that is an integral part of your growth.”

It particularly resonated with me + is what I’m taking with me into this week ahead. Hope you all have a good one!

I think I am going to commit myself to a half marathon… not 100 percent certain yet… but thinking I need a challenge. I did see that this white half zip that I bought right after Christmas is on sale. A great layering piece for cool morning runs. I am also loving this mesh workout tank + leggings/shorts combination. This cropped hoodie looks so comfortable for post workouts.

I mentioned last week that I was on the hunt for a great trench coat. I bought the Banana Republic one and didn’t end up liking it (felt short + bulky). I ended up purchasing this oversized trench (great reviews) and I am hoping it works out!

Revolve has a few super cute pieces on sale… loving this cropped sweater tee, striped fitted cardigan, and this striped tunic coverup.

I was recently asked for some tropical vacation recommendations…. I’m obsessed with this embellished black mesh dress, bronze maxi wrap skirt, this shorts + tank set, this white flutter sleeve top, black wrap skirt, + my go-to favorite cut-offs.

Madewell has a couple cute new arrivals… really liking the nude colors on this tie-dye sweatshirt + this supima cotton crop tee.
