I hope you all had a Merry Christmas with your family! I’ve been having some difficulties with the blog publishing/sending lately, so my message to you all yesterday did not go out. I truly hope it was a special time, spent surrounded by love + happiness…… we had an early morning wake-up call by one excited little miss… and then the day was filled playing with new gadgets, catching up with family, and just being. It’s hard to believe it’s actually come + gone…. and always leaves my feeling a little nostalgic for the true magic of the day.

NORDSTROM: 

This is Nordstrom’s Half Yearly sale, which is always a great opportunity to snag winter wear at discounted prices. My favorite grey suede jacket (that I’ve had for a couple years) is 40% off… and it comes in several other color options. This ribbed turtleneck is on major sale as well… I bought it before Christmas in black and it fits so well (I sized up for the bump)… it’s a perfect layering option. This beautiful beaded sweatshirt (seen above), from last year, is back in stock and on sale for $35… it comes in black and blush as well. If you’re looking for a statement pieces, my gold velvet blazer is included in the sale. If you’re looking for a new activewear sports bra, I bought this one at the Anniversary sale and it fits, and feels, so good.  A few loungewear favorites that were recently marked down include this ruffle shoulder eyelet cardigan (it’s seriously so soft, I own in Ivory), basic ribbed long sleeve v-neck top (perfect for sleeping), and this star pajama jogger set (which is super soft). My favorite black studded booties are 60% off (I sized up to a 7 because I have a wider heel). This Gorjana layered necklace is a great way to dress up a basic outfit (it’s an adjustable length so you can wear it long or short).

So, one of my favorite winter pea-coats is on sale (in black and white), seen above… and it’s so good with pretty much any pairing… joggers, leggings, a dress, jeans…. This ribbed maxi dress, with the slightest touch of shimmer, is on sale. Pair it with a bomber jacket and it’s great for the cooler months. My mid height western booties are on sale (more color options + sizes here)…. and I love wearing them with jeans and leggings. This crossbody See by Chloe bag (which I got for a trip to NY) is marked down….

LOU & GREY

Likely one of my favorite places for the best everyday basics, that are comfortable, practical, and so well made…. a lot of my personal favorites are on major sale. The longline cardigan, featured above, is on major sale (under $35) and I own it in the camel + grey color. The eyelash dress I wore for Christmas Eve, in winter white, is currently $55…. and this blush eyelash sweater is also 40% off making it around $50 (great with leggings, joggers, or jeans). I got this camel colored sweater dress last week, and it fits so well… great dressed up or down… and it’s on sale, plus an additional 50% off ($35).

FREE PEOPLE:

I purchased this tunic length blush sweater at the beginning of December and it’s currently an extra 50% off (add to cart for discount) making it around $35… you can wear it with jeans, leggings, or with a dressier trouser pant for work… and even with a skirt.

URBAN OUTFITTERS:

This waffle knit, button up henley (seen above) is seriously the best… which is why I have it in white, tan, blush stripes, and red…. currently on sale for $35. Such an easy piece to throw-on-and-go. And this mixed knit scarf I wore in this post is on sale for under $30… great for cold winter days.

REEBOK:

These cross-trainers seriously feel as if you’re walking on clouds. A reader who purchased them let me know she feels the same way, and my mom received two colors for Christmas because she loved mine so much. They’re currently on sale for $50. The pullover + leggings I’m wearing above are also marked down, and great for cold weather workouts, under $50. Both come in black as well.
