I knew we’d pay for the relatively mild temps of the summer season with an endless summer type of September… and my prediction was correct, with the first 10 days being scorchers. We are in line for a bit of a cool down in the coming days, but that all goes to show what a rollercoaster of temperatures September tends to be for us.
I did a poll on instagram, and the majority of people choose that it was a bit of up and down with regards to temps for them as well. Given that, this month’s capsule wardrobe is easily customizable to the temps you’re experiencing. If it’s too cool for shorts, swap in a pair of jeans with the tops I’ve suggested, and vice versa.
As far as pieces go, there aren’t many changes this month (a few new transitional tops), that’ll be saved for October, when we’re actually in the fall season.
