What a week. We made it to Friday…
And not only did we make it to Friday, we made it to Memorial Day Weekend. The unofficial start of summer. One of my favorites of the year.
We have no plans on the agenda, which feels pretty amazing. Hopefully some BBQs with friends and some time spent relaxing by the pool.
But before I sign off for the weekend, I wanted to pop in and share a MDW sales roundup of all the items I own and recommend. If you’re in the market, great. If not, consider this a simple “have a wonderful weekend” post!

EVERLANE

Breaking down the items I own and recommend below:
My favorite pair of barrel denim is 25% off, I own these in 4 colors, and love the fit. They’re short gal friendly in the 27″ and I always go up a size.
These A-line denim shorts, that have the perfect fit, are under $70. I own them in black and white (want them in every color) and I took my regular size. The inseam is 5.5″ so they nicely cover the behind section.
This basic ribbed tank is another “own in multiple colors” item… if you’re not a fan of spaghetti straps, these have a thicker strap, great stretch, and are so comfortable.
And if you’re looking for a super easy throw on and go t-shirt dress, I’ve had this one for 5 years and it’s amazing. I took it with me to Europe.
This is a great easy and elevated linen tank dress… I own it in white.
Super soft and stretchy butter yellow tee that I included in May’s capsule.
100% organic cotton sweater, which is perfect for cooler summer nights. I went up a size and own this one in two colors.
If you don’t love denim, I recommend these 100% organic cotton shorts (worn above) with the elastic wist. An easy option for the summer ahead.
And this ultrasoft ribbed tank is a beautifully elevated option that can work for the workplace as well…
J. CREW
I love these satin lace trim shorts… such a great alternative to linen or denim… and they’re 40% off!
This fine rib scoop neck tank, that I have in black, grey, and white is 50% off (making it around $17)… it’s so comfortable and has a built in bra as well.
This floral linen tie back dress is an extra 50% off. I brought it with me to the DR, and wore it on Mother’s Day as well. It’s see through, so you’ll want to wear a half slip under it if you want to wear it not as a cover-up (I’ve worn it both ways). I’m between two sizes and took the size below and and it’s short gal friendly (purchased the regular length).
This linen cabana dress I’ve had since last season (so effortless) is under $80. I have the regular length and took my smaller size here. Wore it most recently in Mexico.
TJ’s favorite swim trunks are also included. He has them in so many of the colors.
JENNI KAYNE
If I have my eye on at something from Jenni Kayne, I always am sure to snag it during one of their sales. They’re offering 25% off and The Cove dress (above in the Dominican) is one of my absolute favorites. So easy to dress up or down, short gal friendly (with adjustable straps), fully lined with pockets, and one I plan on bringing along with me to Europe this summer.
I also love their Summer Dress (I have brought this to Europe as well…)
And The Cocoon Sweater (although this might be a bit heavy for summer…)
But the Flynn Cashmere V-neck sweater is super lightweight and could work at the beginning of summer in the evenings…
SPANX
SPANX is having varying percentages off select items and I love their air essentials line.
I wore this lightweight crewneck traveling to, from, and in between countries in Europe last summer (as well as during some of the cooler Paris days). It’s so comfortable (I wear mine several times a week for drop off) and I love sizing up for a slightly looser fit.
I also have these shorts and they’re so easy for a summer day running errands or lounging.
I also think this copped hoodie looks nice and easy for the summer season.
MATE THE LABEL
I bought this sweatshirt 2 years ago, at the suggestion of one of my friends, and it’s still one of my favorites to date. Perfect oversized fit, doesn’t narrow at the waist, and just great for cool summer evenings. It’s 30% off and I have the xs/s.
SERENA + LILY
Serena + Lily is having 20% off site-wide… and it’s during their sales that I always purchase our light fixtures for our home….
Out outdoor pendant lights (along with the larger one) are included and such great quality…
and the outdoor lanterns that I have sitting on our fireplace… they’re so great for setting a mood…
the pendant light in our primary bedroom is one of my favorite lighting fixtures in our house

Our jute area rug we have in our master bedroom and living room is included as well. We’ve had it for two years and it’s so well made, doesn’t pinch your feet like other jute rugs, and is beautiful…
We also have this rug layered over the jute rug and this runner rug… both are beautiful…

The linen duvet cover is so comfortable…. It’s lightweight and airy (we have that as well)
