Spring + Summer Favorites From Reformation

I feel as though I’m operating behind the eight ball this week. With sicknesses residing within our house for the past seven days, I guess it makes sense. That being said, I had intended to share one of our favorite chicken recipes yesterday, but after the almost all nighter we had on Monday night, the energy just wasn’t there…. I couldn’t do those in college, and I certainly can’t do them 20 years later, haha. Next week I’ll get to the chicken recipe though!

Today I’m sharing some personal spring and summer favorites from Reformation- one of my favorite sustainable clothing lines. I have other fall and winter favorites from them (like this sweater and long sleeve ribbed top), but since we’re entering into the warmer months, I thought rounding up some go-to pieces for the summer season would be best. I appreciate that so many of the items can be dressed up or down and that you can wear them with so many items you likely already own in your closet. Breaking the items down below…

A few other Reformation favorites here!

And with that, I hope everyone has a good weekend ahead and that you’re able to relax and disconnect. This is our last weekend before the end of school, and I’m having a hard time grasping that the summer vacation will be upon us on Wednesday afternoon. We’re supposed to get together with friends this weekend, so we will see how everyone is feeling as we get close(er).

See everyone Monday!
_______

NOVENA TOP

Love this blue and white floral top… it’s a silky material so it can be dressed up very easily. The ties at the shoulder are adjustable, with ruching and a zipper in the back. I love that it can be worn with cut-offs as well. I would say that it runs on the smaller size, so if you are between sizes, I would recommend sizing up! And if you’re looking for a great low heel, this tubular pair is a great option. I have several pairs of reformation shoes and they are very comfortable and well made- these are not exception.

TWO PIECE LINEN SET

TJ and I are going to Italy this summer, and this two piece linen set will most definitely be tagging along with us. I love it for a casual summer day date with sandals or dressed up for a special summer occasion with low heels. And the skirt can easily mix and match with other tops in your closet. I love the pocket and buttons down the front of the skirt, and the top is adjustable at the neck, with a zipper in the back, so it’s very easy to get in and out of. It is slightly see through, so you’ll want to wear a slip underneath it, and it runs true to size.

NASHVILLE LINEN SHORTS

I’ve had these linen shorts now for three seasons and they’re hands down one of my favorite pairs of summer shorts. Comfortable and classic… a wonderful alternative to denim cut-offs. I’ve worn them as a cover-up, with basic tees, sweaters, and this matching linen top (this one is also a perfect match as well if you don’t like the cropped look).

CARRIE KNIT TANK

LOVE this little ribbed tank, so much so I purchased it in the black as well. It’s the perfect throw on and go tank for layering, or wearing solo in the summer months. It’s so soft and comfortable, with a great amount of stretch. I went up one size, just because I didn’t want it super fitted, and really like the way it fits.  It’s low in stock, but I found this one, with slightly thicker straps and it’s a great alternative option!

MOLLY RIBBED SET

I purchased this two piece, ribbed, set last May for the summer season and it’s the best. It’s stretchy, soft, and so comfortable. I love that it can be dressed down with sandals, or up with a low heel. I recently wore it to a Mother’s Day event, but have also worn it out for a casual lunch during the summer.

CASSIDY JUMPSUIT

This denim jumpsuit is so fun… a great alternative to jeans and a tee… simply swap out the sneakers for sandals and the cardigan for bare arms and you’re ready for the summer season. I think it fits pretty true to size.
