I shared the above photo on Friday evening, right after we had arrived to Palm Springs. My caption was this….

“While this trip won’t be perfect, there will be perfect moments…. Always hold onto those small moments of happiness, laughter, and love….”

And while the trip wasn’t perfect (early toddler wake-ups, toddler meltdowns, and some small accommodation issues), there were certainly perfect moments…. which is what we say about life…. life isn’t perfect, nor is each day, but I’m pretty sure if we look hard enough, we can find small, and perfect, moments in each day….. So, here is to a week filled with finding small, special, moments. Have a good one friends!

P.S. Sorry this is shorter than usual, we’re here until tomorrow and I’m trying to enjoy all the time with the fam I can!

I’m officially registered for the Encinitas 1/2…. for March 4th… literally 2 weeks away. That being said, I ran 10 miles last Friday, and have the goal of 11 this coming Friday. I’m love, loving, running in these socks….. they’re the perfect thickness. We’ll probably be making these tasty loaded sweet potatoes sometime this week too!

A few new spring arrivals that I have my eye on include this double layer tank, henley tank (super great layering option), long sleeve henley top (the material looks super comfortable), and this floral bodysuit + ruffle floral tank would both be super cute for date night!

The temps are supposed to get real cold this week (I guess winter decided to show up….) so I fully anticipate wearing this cozy velvet baseball tee, hooded thermal, blush pullover (for post workout), and this super soft mauve cardigan.

I’ve also been loving all of honeydew intimates loungewear items, including this adorable heart set…. and Calvin Klein Underwear (I own tons of their pieces) just came out with these sleep shorts…. which I have my eye on.
