True Confession: Sometimes I go shopping in my workout clothes and find that I don’t have the proper attire (we all know what I mean) to be trying on clothes. So, when it came to shopping on Michigan Ave in Chicago I figured I better dress for the occasion. We started the day with lunch and mimosas (which were divinely refreshing given that it was 95 degrees and extreme humidity) and then hit the Magnificent Mile for amazing shopping. We both wanted to be casual, yet feminine and fun in our attire, given that we were going to be shopping, in the heat, for hours (I act as though that’s torturous!). Given that, we opted for airy attire that felt flirty + feminine, while keeping us cool throughout the day!
{We ended the day on a roof top sipping French 75 cocktails… right before a thunder + lightning storm… so if we look a little weathered (no pun intended) we were!}
