That summer to fall transition can be hard. One day it’s chilly, the next, scorching (well, at least in Southern California). My solution, when I was younger, was to wear tights under my shorts (#stylish). Since that’s not really an acceptable option these days, I opt to weave in bits of fall pieces here and there. A long sleeve top with a pair of cut-offs. A felt fedora with jeans and a tank. Or, a leather jacket topping a summer dress. One of my favorites? Pairing a cute little pair of booties with a flirty boho dress.
As we make the transition to fall, and out of sandals, I’m loving flat booties as an alternative to sneakers and flats. Since they easily pair with jeans and dresses, they’re the perfect everyday option…. and these booties, which come in 3 color options, are so comfortable I thought I was walking on air… and as little miss becomes more mobile (she’s already crawling all over the place), I’ll need comfort as I run around after her!
