4 Easy Spring Looks

I’ve been wanting to paint the girl’s swing set for about a year now… and as we sat outside last weekend I decided that I was just going to go for it this week. I read a few DIY posts that I found on Pinterest and figured it sounded easy enough. I pressure washed it the evening before, laid tarp down yesterday morning, and sort of went at it. I had a moment, when I was crouched underneath the slide area trying to finish the primer, where I asked myself why I thought this was a good idea….

But my mom came over a couple hours later, just as I had finished the primer and the job was much easier with two people (sorry, not easier, quicker…). I can’t wait to see how sore I am tomorrow… I can barely type this post after holding a paint roller and paint brush for 7 hours straight….

On a much different note, sharing 4 easy fall spring (yes, I actually wrote fall… I need to go to bed…) looks here today!

I hope you all have a great day and a good weekend ahead!
_______

(Dress, Sandals)

This dress is such a cute option for a shower, casual lunch date, brunch, or even as a cover-up… it’s lightweight, has slight stretch to it, and I love the drop waist….

(Top, Jeans, Sandals, Bag)

I’m a huge fan of all white outfits for just about anything… especially in the spring and summer months. When we start heading back out for our Saturday lunches at our favorite spot, this outfit will be one of the first ones I wear….

(Biker Shorts, Pullover, Slides, Tote (Shannon10 for 10% off))

Love them or leave them, I love them, still… biker shorts are my go-to when the weather heats up and I don’t want to wear leggings. This pair is ribbed, and the fit is perfect (holds in all the right places). My running errands or after kiddos outfit for sure….

(Shorts, Top, Tote)

Another all white look, but with shorts. An outfit I’d wear when it’s too hot for jeans (so, basically my summer uniform…). You could also easily layer a denim jacket, or suede jacket, with it for added warmth… or toss on a wide brimmed hat for a casual accessory.
