We’ve been trying to get more creative in the kitchen lately. Nothing over the top, but small changes here and there: GG Fiber Crackers instead of bread, mixing in sprouts for texture + taste, getting back to my loaded salads, etc. The other night we made Thai lettuce wraps + they were amazing… hoping to get those up on the blog very soon….
And since we’ve been making some changes here + there I thought I’d share a new 5 Days Worth Of Clean Eats…. basically what I ate in 5 days (M-F). Everything is simple + tasty… easy for busy weekdays. Hope it provides a little inspo!

MONDAY
BREAKFAST: 2 GG Fiber Crackers, 2 Soft Scrambled Eggs, 1/2 Avocado (mashed), Sprouts, Trader Joe’s Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, Sriracha
SNACK: Apple Slices w/Cinnamon
LUNCH: Frozen Vegetarian Enchiladas from Trader Joe’s
SNACK: Baby Carrots + Bell Peppers w/Hummus
DINNER: Lentil Soup
DESSERT: Handful of Lily’s Sweets Chocolate Chips
TUESDAY
BREAKFAST: Overnight Oats
SNACK: 1/2 Of A Perfect Bar
LUNCH: Leftover Lentil Soup w/Simple Mills Crackers
SNACK: 2 GG Fiber Crackers w/Almond Butter + Sliced Bananas
DINNER: Asian Baked Salmon
WEDNESDAY
BREAKFAST: 1 Siete Tortilla, 2 Soft Scrambled Eggs, Avocado, Salsa Verde
SNACK: Bowl of Strawberries w/Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Granola
LUNCH: (see below photo) Ground Turkey, Roasted Brussels Sprouts (with garlic powder, sea salt, + avocado oil), + Brown Rice, Topped w/ Trader Joe’s Green Goddess Dressing
SNACK: Chocolate Banana Smoothie
DINNER: Vegetarian Cauliflower Fried Rice: Cooked Cauliflower Rice + Mixed w/Brown Rice, 2 Soft Scrambled Eggs, + Green Onions
DESSERT: Popcorn
THURSDAY
BREAKFAST: 2 Over-easy Eggs, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1/2 Avocado, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
SNACK: Banana Slices w/Almond Butter
LUNCH: (see below) Tuna Salad: One Can of Tuna (seasoned w/lemon juice, sea salt, pepper), Mixed Greens (arugula, power greens), Avocado, Sunflower Seeds, Brown Rice, Cucumbers, Mixed w/Primal Kitchen Honey Mustard Dressing
SNACK: Turmeric Smoothie
DINNER: BBQ Chicken (grilled on the BBQ, but could easily bake)- Marinaded w/Primal Kitchen BBQ Sauce, Brown Rice, Asparagus (seasoned with avocado oil, garlic power, pinch of sea salt)
FRIDAY
BREAKFAST: Ordered Out From Our Favorite Acai Bowl Spot
SNACK: Full From Breakfast
LUNCH: Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi Mixed w/ Trader Joe’s Green Goddess Dressing
SNACK: Jicama, Bell Peppers, Baby Carrots w/Hummus
DINNER: Take-Out Poké
DESSERT: WINE! + Popcorn
