We started off the weekend with a hilly walk with my mom and sister (Camille too) in an attempt to help my little niece decide to come out and join the world… and on Saturday afternoon my sister was in labor. It was a long night for my sister and brother in law… and not the birthing experience they were anticipating… but early Sunday morning, little Olivia Paige entered the world and made our lives so much richer…
Since we couldn’t be at the hospital, I spent all day Saturday glued to my phone (well, not glued…) on a text chain with my mom and sister, receiving a play by play of what was happening. When it hit 10pm, I couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer, so signed off of the text message chain. I awoke several times throughout the night with some updates… and then at 7:02am labor was over and Olivia was here! When my sister sent me a photo of her holding Olivia it brought tears to my eyes. And while I’m so bummed that we can’t visit them in the hospital, I am so happy that they’re both doing well…. and can’t wait for Tuesday or Wednesday of this week!
And with that I hope everyone has a great week ahead!

I bought two more of my favorite vintage tees in grey and white…
