(Prettiest blooms to start the weekend….)
This week kicks off my favorite time of the year: the holiday season. With Halloween being this Thursday… and then Thanksgiving a mere month away, and the Target red-book catalogue making it’s appearance in the mail this past week to remind us of the Christmas season that is knocking at the door… I know that these next couple of months are going to go quickly… being filled with celebrations, traditions (new + old), and excitement…..
Given that, we spent this past weekend doing all things “Halloween…” with a Fall Festival at our church, finalizing our costumes (little miss slept in hers), and already dipping into those “treats.” We had some impromptu family get togethers and we were off schedule here and there. It was a gentle reminder to embrace the holidays… welcome the unexpected moments that become memories and to cherish seeing this time of year through the eyes of kiddos.
And with that I hope you all have a wonderful week ahead!

I recently purchased a few new workout pieces… haven’t done so in a while… and I’m loving this mesh tank + oversized sweatshirt (great for during a workout or easy to toss on after a workout).
I was looking for a great midi sweater dress and had this gorgeous one in my cart, but it sold out in my size before I could order it. I went back to searching + found this one… it’s so good for fall! In my quest I also found, and purchased, this under $20 sweatshirt dress + is such a great casual option… especially when paired with sneakers. I also love this ribbed skirt (wore it pregnant) + this maxi skirt for fall with a leather jacket + sneakers.
I recently started using this Elemis pro-collagen rose cleansing balm and it’s an absolute game changer. My skin feels baby soft and it’s super effective in removing my makeup. I highly recommend (20% off with code SHANNON20).
I’ve been eyeing a few combat boots for this season… on the fence about them… but I really like this pair in taupe (I’m not sure how I feel about them in black) + the alpi from M.Gemi (more for some of our cold weather trips…. and winter though…). I purchased a few pairs of boots, have to try them on and figure out which ones to keep… but I bought these snakeskin booties, white day booties (own these in a flats version), and these calf high boots.
How cute is this leopard print keychain for your Airpods?
I was looking for an oversized plaid blazer for fall and found this one. Obsessed with the brown tones.
I saw that my favorite, signature soft, oversized black poncho top was restocked! This is seriously so comfortable with the Lou + Grey joggers I wear all the time.
