I love old pieces that you just can’t get rid of. Every spring and summer this little stipe number is my go-to piece for those casual weekend gatherings. You know, the ones with good friends, delicious food, and engaging conversation… and of course, crisp wine. Year after year (it’s been hanging in my closet for about five now) I simply find new ways to refresh it (see here and here) by pairing the old with the new. I first wore it on our honeymoon to Jamaica, and then it made countless appearances at brunches, weekend getaways, and long days spent running errands. Would I ever cheat on this little number and divorce it for a newer version? Probably not. I would just juggle this version with the new one :).
