Items I Can’t Wait To Wear Again This Fall

We ended up having two sick little ones yesterday morning… but by the end of the day energy levels were up and they were back to arguing over who had more leg room on the couch and what not. Before bed, TJ and I questioned whether the little one really had the sore throat she said she did in the morning (I never yelled like that at my sister when I had one, haha) or if she was just mirroring big sister. Luckily she has one more day until her school starts, so that throat can really heal. My thought is that everyone should be 100% by tomorrow… if not this afternoon.

Colds and health aside, today I rounded up some fall pieces I already own in my closet that I can’t wait to wear again (when weather permits…). So if you’re currently looking for fall items, I hope this helps… and if fall couldn’t be further from your mind, it’s a save for later post.

And with that I hope everyone has a great, and healthy, day!
______

This outfit was from last November, but I wore this cashmere wrap scarf well into the cooler spring weather… and most recently brought it with me for our Europe travels. It’s so soft and cozy… a great layering option for the cool weather season. Additionally, these booties were restocked as well. I don’t wear a ton of booties, but these are comfortable and I love the longer toe bed as it elongates the legs. Both items are currently on sale as well.

I’ve had this sweater coat for 3 seasons now and it’s a go-to for a reason. Chic and tailored, it elevates any outfit effortlessly. It’s medium in terms of thickness, and I can easily layer a long sleeve top underneath it… as well as a thinner sweater/sweatshirt. I do recommend sizing down.

I have this jogger set in a few colors now and it’s so comfortable and they have the best colors. It was recently restocked in this green color and I think it’s beautiful for fall. You can wear each piece separately which makes it good for transitional dressing. It’s under $40 as well. (sweatshirt here)

These Veja sneakers were an early spring purchase that I wasn’t expecting to like… but I wore them non stop once I received them and they are so comfortable. They were recently restocked in this color (as well as a black “V” and a pink “V”). I am a size 6.5 and went up to the next full size since they only come in 1/2 sizes. I also saw that this quilted jacket is on sale… it’s a great lightweight jacket for fall and you can easily later a sweatshirt under it when temps get cool.

These split hem leggings are such a great alternative to regular leggings and I love how they look with sneakers, sandals, and even a higher combat boot. I easily wore them through the fall, winter, and spring seasons last year and can’t wait to wear them again. I purchased the 7/8th length, which was nice since I didn’t need to hem them. I also shared this cashmere sweater in last week’s Reformation round-up post, but it really is one of my favorites that will come out the moment temps drop below 70.

This cozy half zip was a purchase I made last October in prep for transitioning seasons and it’s still a go-to when I want a comfy top layer. It’s a more slim fit, and I’m wearing my regular size here, but if you’re wanting a looser fit I would size up 1-2 sizes.

I shared this jumpsuit last week, but I really can’t wait to wear it again this fall (purchased last spring). It could easily be paired with booties as well for a western look (which seems to be trending this fall season). I love it paired with sneakers and a chunky cardigan for a comfortable and casual look.

This ribbed half zip sweater was included in many of my capsules last fall season… it has the best oversized fit, isn’t itchy, and looks so cute with a variety of bottoms. It was recently restocked, but I also found a similar option, under $60, here.

Another item I included in my Ref roundup last week was this scoop neck ribbed long sleeve top. I purchased it this time last year to wear with shorts in the transition to fall and ended up including it in several capsule collections. It’s one of their staples, so I appreciate that it has been restocked this season. It also comes in black.

The JK Cocoon cardigan is a classic that will never go out of style and works across seasons, so I had to include it in this roundup. There are so many great colors, but this is the Oatmeal color. I also found this one for under $60. (JK one 15% off with code NATALIE15).
(Tank, Jeans (on sale), Cap)

So I got this heavy sweater coat around Christmas time last year and wore it all the time… I love that it can easily layer over a lightweight tee, or a heavy knit sweater, depending on the weather. It’s not itchy at all, and it’s so chic. When I saw that it was restocked this season I was so excited, but also disappointed to see it was marked up almost 70% from last year’s price. They do have frequent 40% off sales, so if this is an item you have your eye on, I would wait for it to go on sale (it is 30% off with code HBD2Nap30 right now). I am would also recommend going with a size down or your regular size, no need to size up in this one.
