There are so many exciting things about a new job….meeting dozens of new people, acquiring buckets of new skills, working towards goals and achieving them, and of course, the financial security. So when I received my first couple paychecks, I did what any sensible, newly hired, young professional would do: went shopping for a new “working wardrobe!” Not on the list: my new favorite white eyelet shorts. The fit is SO comfortable, and there’s something about white shorts that just makes me feel like it’s summer time…an important feeling considering this is my first summer without summer vacation! I’ve always loved the eyelet pattern/texture…something I inherited from our mom. I absolutely love these shorts for so many occasions…wine tasting, lunch/brunch, a day date, dressed up with heels/wedges, or dressed down with flats/sandals…you decide!
