With only three more Tuesdays left to go in the school year, I’m both simultaneously not ready, and so very ready for a slower paced summer. It feels as if we’re in this really sweet spot with the girls’ ages, and with the closing of another year, it means they’re getting older. And while I always embrace wherever they are in their lives, these elementary school years have been some of the sweetest… and all I want is for time to slow down, so we can savor them a bit more…

Yet on the flip side, this year in particular, has felt like a whirlwind of activity and flurry… between balancing out all the different factors of life and budding social/extracurricular activities, the 24/25 school year felt *so busy* and the slower pace of the summer season is something we are looking forward to. Sports came to an end last weekend, and various other extra school activities wind down in the next couple of weeks.

With that, I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, and a Happy (belated) Mother’s Day to all the moms out there. Here’s to a good start to the week…

I was asked for some spring and summer recs from Nordstrom: love this beautiful suede bag, $50 jelly flats, these ultra soft knit shorts and matching tee, cotton v-neck maxi dress, linen shift dress (so chic for summer), and this linen scoop neck vest.

I just saw that my favorite dress for summer travels (I’ve taken it with me to Europe two summers in a row) was restocked in 3 colors. It’s so versatile and easy to dress up or down…

I purchased this ribbed tank a couple of weeks ago and can’t stop wearing it. It’s so incredibly comfortable, love the fit, and the built in bra is so nice…. I have to get it in other colors (I bought it in the grey)…

So excited that I received a SPANX code to share (ITSYBITSYXSPANX). Their air essentials line is so lightweight and soft. I have this jumpsuit (love that it’s sleeveless so great for spring and summer), as well as these shorts and matching pullover… also love that their pants come in petite sizing as well!
