After a busy and full weekend, the peace and quiet of a Monday morning is always something I briefly relish in before getting back into the swing of things….

Something I used to do frequently, and sort of veered away from (for no reason in particular) were midday check-ins. And as I was scrolling through old photos on my phone, I came across a slide I had put together that had a list of questions I typically ask myself to re-evaluate my days. I’ve always found it to help me be more present, and generally aware, of my subconscious experiences and overall well being at the moment. I wanted to share it here, in case anyone else might find it helpful as we embark on a new week ahead:

-How am I feeling?
-What’s currently going right?
-What can I improve?
-What do I need?
-What am I grateful for?
-What can I let go of?

(Followed by an afternoon at the pool… suit, sarong, hat)
