I love the traditions that surround the holiday season (as I’ve mentioned numerous times before) and one of those special traditions that we started back in 2021 is ice skating by the sea at The Hotel Del Coronado. The rink is set amidst the palm trees, a boardwalk separating it from the edge of the sand and ocean. It’s certainly a juxtaposition, ice skating by the sea, but a truly beautiful one at that.

It’s also one of those weekends were TJ and I, who spent our 4 years of college in the beautiful city of San Diego, get an opportunity to show the girls our favorite spots, and dine at some of our old go-to restaurants (which amazingly are still just as delicious and popular).

And now it’s hard to believe that we’re a mere 9 days away from Christmas. A few things left to check off the list, but I’m looking forward to settling in an enjoying the remainder of the season with family and friends..
