Weekend Snaps

I’m typically one who likes to wait until closer to Thanksgiving to put up our Christmas Tree (we made the plunge to “team faux” back in 2020 and haven’t looked back)… but with Thanksgiving being much later this year, we opted to put it up yesterday. The amount of “joy” that it sparked was slightly unexpected, and the way it made the house feel warmer than it typically does, was welcomed.

And whenever the tree goes up it sort of puts me into “cozy hibernation mode….” which is making it really hard to get motivated this Tuesday morning… (so maybe it wasn’t a good thing, haha).

All of that to say, as we embark upon a new week ahead, I hope everyone can find little ways to infuse a bit of joy into their week ahead!

Sharing some snaps from our weekend below, and later this week I’ll have some Thanksgiving outfit inspo….
____

(Friday morning coffee with my mom… always so fun…)

This faux fur caplet is the easiest way to dress up and coat you have this holiday season (and beyond). I love it paired with a leather jacket.

I wanted a pair of cream satin pants for this holiday season (and beyond… again) and was looking at a $200 pair, but then I found this under $90 pair and they’re amazing. Fully lined (not see through), and they’re short gal friendly (I purchased the regular length and they’re perfect). I wear them high waisted. If you’re taller, you can wear them low or mid rise, or purchase the longer inseam option.

Beek is having their annual sitewide sale, 20% off everything (code THANKFUL). I love their ballet flats (I included the swiflet ballet flats in silver in my capsules… and they’re beautiful for the holidays) in the red and silver, and the pepper loafer is supremely comfortable (zero break-in period, rare for a loafer)… I own them in the eggshell and do recommend going down a half size. They also added the most beautiful platform heel… with the right amount of height… and I have it in my carts in the gold.

I found the cutest holiday pieces for the girls at Abercrombie like this sequins skirt (has built in shorts, Camille got the cream, Harper got the wine color) and matching sweater, as well as these sequins pants and top, cute little dress, and this fluffy faux fur coat.

I purchased this Frank + Eileen plaid flannel and it’s so soft and comfortable for the fall and winter season…

J.Crew is having a sneak peak at their Black Friday sale (50% off) and I love this black chiffon skirt + matching top (so beautiful for the holidays), faux fur peacoat (such a beautiful color).

I’ll have full gift guides up next week, but if you’re looking for some good ideas for the man in your life these golf shoes are so chic (and a personal favorite of TJ’s), soft jersey half zip (in garnet) with these trouser pants would be great for any golfer. This toiletry bag and personal grooming set are good for the traveler as well.
