We packed up the car early Friday morning and headed up the coast to Santa Barbara for the weekend… it was our Father’s Day gift to TJ this year, and was much anticipated, since Santa Barbara is so beautiful in the summer season. We filled our time, spending it outdoors, with some favorite activities (breakfast on the beach and pool time) and some newer activities (a family, electric bike-ride… highly recommend)… and by the end of the day we had two tired little ladies and parents.
When it was time to pack up and head home, we had some tears from little miss because she said she was having so much fun… and the moment we got home TJ was on zillow trying to find properties so we could move (we’re not.)… so I guess you could say it was a successful weekend overall.
And now Monday, along with a full week, are upon us. Time to move back into the swing of life and our regular rhythms and routines.
I hope everyone has a great week ahead!
