The weekend started with so much anticipatory excitement. We had a Christmas family movie night planned for Friday and Harper had been talking about it the entire week… and then, as parents, we had a fun date night planned for Saturday evening… and neither activity disappointed. Harper couldn’t stop talking about how much fun movie night was… and we enjoyed several hours, without parental responsibilities, which always offers a nice break….
And as I look back on the weekend, I realize that’s the type of excitement that will permeate until Christmas… and I absolutely love it! Now we just have to get through the last week of school until Christmas vacation…. I hope you all have a wonderful week ahead!
________
(Wore a variation of this outfit everyday last week…. Puffer (cinnamon color), Pullover, Joggers (also these), Bag, Sneakers)
(Kicked off the weekend with a Christmas family movie night… dessert board, socks)
(And then a Saturday date night thanks to my parents… sweater, jeans, shoes, earrings)
(Fig + Olive never disappoints….)
(Woke up with a cold Sunday morning, so lounging all day…. pants, sweatshirt, cardigan)
(Baked our favorite chocolate peppermint cookies… they’re gluten free, dairy free, but so full of flavor and a hit with the entire family!)

If you have any last minute gifts you’re looking for I wanted to share a few ideas….
For someone who loves fitness, these bala sliders are great, the lyric therapeutic massager is an item we’ve been loving lately (looks beautiful too), stance no show socks, and these trainer sneakers… all items I use regularly and would recommend…
For a host/hostess we love this chic yhatzee game, acacia wood serving bowl, cheese markers, champagne stopper (does a great job preserving champagne for 4ish days), and this cheese board.
And a few good stocking stuffers, or under $30 gifts for anyone, include the necessaire hand lotion, cozy barefoot dreams socks, cashmere scrunchi (or these velvet ones), and this coffee travel cup.
