We enjoyed a very low key, routine summer weekend, at home… one that involved lots of hours in the pool, a bit of catching up and prepping for the start of school this week (laundry anyone??), a family birthday BBQ, *lots* of good food, and just some good old relaxation. A weekend to sort of reset before the return to the hustle of the school year…

And as we prepare to bid adieu to summer break, we have a couple of last “hurrah” moments on the agenda Monday and Tuesday… a breakfast at the iconic Shake Shack with my sister, mom, niece, and the girls, then a beach day to follow… so it should be a wonderful way to close out a wonderful summer break.

With that, I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend (literally wrote “weekend” instead of week… I know where my head is already) ahead!
