Weekend Recap

There seemed to be a lot of hustle and bustle this weekend-lots of moving parts and various activities that literally made the weekend fly by. The expression “time flies when you’re having fun,” definitely rang true this weekend, as Shannon and I both filled the weekend with parties, dates nights, and movement. Shannon, not a purveyor of the “lazy weekend” like I am, appeared to have rubbed off on me, as even I found myself scrambling for a few moments of down time and quiet. But really, who can complain when the weekend is jam-packed with fun, liveliness, and, not to mention, the absolutely picturesque southern California first day of Summer (my favorite day of the year, much less!)! If this weekend is any sign of the rest of the summer, it’s going to be an incredible, albeit busy, sunny season!
