The weekends always go by way too fast. It feels as if it’s Friday evening… with the entire weekend ahead of us… and then it’s Sunday night before we know it. Anyone else??  

Our weekend was similar to weekends past… a lunch out at a favorite spot,  a spontaneous get together with friends at our house after the girls went down (which resulted in a very late bedtime for us, haha), and then a Sunday spent doing some major spring cleaning around the house….  

And now it’s Monday… and if you’re reading this, I wanted to send a little beginning of the week reminder to: Relax your shoulders 
Loosen your fists Slack your jaw
Take a deep breath (in through your nose, out through your mouth) 
And remember, that you got this…
