Unlike the weekends over the past several weeks, this one was more on the balanced side. We enjoyed dinners at home, one full half day at Disneyland (which basically knocked us out… Disney with a toddler is no joke…), and a Sunday afternoon spent watching football, the baseball World Series (so sad Dodgers….), and Finding Nemo. We completed what needed to get done, but also enjoyed some downtime… relaxing + enjoying one another’s company…..
And so as we embark on the next five days ahead, I’ll end this post with one of my favorite reminders….

Our dinners this week look something like this: Shrimp Tacos, Salmon Bowls (going to try to recreate the bowl we had at Pier 76), Chili on Halloween, Carrot Spiral + Beef Bowl….
I’m always on the hunt for great petite finds and stumbled across some great options at Ann Taylor… I love this beautiful cashmere dress (will likely watch closely for an upcoming 40% off sale….) and have been looking for one similar for a while, shawl collar wrap coat (so beautiful in taupe + burgundy), and this beautiful wrap sweater (looks long enough to fit over a growing bump too).
I’m always wanting a structure plaid blazer to layer over basic outfits (think spanx leggings + white tee…). I have my eye on this one + this one…. I’m also loving this plaid cap for those days when I’ve gone a little too long without washing my hair…
I also love this slightly oversized, beige colored, leopard sweater… a little more subtle than most leopard prints… it’s under $70 + I think it would be super cute with jeans, joggers, or leggings…
These Ugg loafer slippers are super cute… thinking they just might be okay for outdoor wear as well….
Some cozy loungewear pieces I have my eye on include this super soft star set (I’ve been wearing them all weekend… so soft), graphic “love” sweatshirt, and this fluffy hoodie + shorts set.
This gold pendant necklace is a great pieces to make a statement with a basic, everyday, outfit….
This post workout fleece bomber jacket looks like a great transitional piece to take you from workout to everyday life in style….
Free People is always home to some of my favorite, everyday, pieces and their new arrivals are beautiful (and bump friendly…). This v-neck sweater looks so cozy (| like the merlot color), oversized henley tunic, beautiful printed tunic, everyday ribbed t-shirt henley dress (would be super cute with kicks, booties, or OTK boots), and this ribbed distressed pullover.
