I used to think that taking photos in public was embarrassing… and then Camille was born, and it became exponentially harder to find pockets of time to go out and take said photos… so we’ve been relegated to our front yard. Talk about embarrassing.  I can only wonder what the next door neighbors think…. #OhWell. That being said, you should start to notice a few changes to the background soon… a new garage + some siding are in the works. Hopefully that’ll jazz things up a bit. I’m kidding…. sort of….

All that aside, TJ + I headed down to the beach for an early happy hour on Saturday and the weather was absolutely glorious. A quintessential summer day by the beach. I’m typically craving fall by now, but that afternoon solidified my love of this summer weather… and that I’d be okay with a little So. Cal Endless Summer into September. It’ll likely go well into October, at which point I’ll start complaining, but for now, I’m loving simple little tops, like this flouncy mauve number, to get me from the end of summer into fall. I love that it casually pairs with my go-to cut-offs, but that it can easily be worn with jeans + a cute fedora come fall. Annnd, I hadn’t worn my favorite white mules since the weather was cooler…. and kind of loving how they pair with shorts for the end of summer.

So while I’ll start sharing more “fall” heavy content in September, right now I’m just enjoying these last few weeks of summer. Hope you all have a good one!
