Well, today was one of those Mondays where you wish you were still on vacation. Where you sit, mid day, day-dreaming about sipping champagne, an ocean breeze blowing in your hair, and indulging on ceviche and tacos. NOT returning e-mails, putting out fires, and returning to planning out your life in that little black planner. Ok, I’m done playing the worlds smallest violin, thank you for listening…

In all honesty though, one of the most difficult parts about returning to work is the structure you must abide to. Dress codes being one of them. I love when I’m on vacation and I can wear whatever I want as an outward expression of how I am truly feeling. Like this tunic. It was a little too breezy to wear it in the intended cover-up way, but the print was too calm and relaxed not to take it out for a sip of sangria. So, on went the white denim and sandals, and out I walked, ready to enjoy a blissful structure-less day!
