Several weeks ago the hubby and I headed out to Las Vegas for some R & R at the pool! While we were there, I tasted this tasty spin on the traditional St. Germain Cocktail and as usual HAD to come home to recreate it! One of my vices (we can all have them in itsy bitsy quantities, right?) is champagne, so when I had this Moet Ice (specifically designed for drinking on ice) I was hooked! This cocktail is amazingly refreshing and not too sweet, so basically perfect! In these last days of summer I hope you’ll imbibe on a refreshingly indulgent cocktail!
