While fall hasn’t quite arrived here yet (both calendar and weather wise…) I find myself looking around my closet for ways to take certain styles I loved in the summer into the cooler months. I remember purchasing a sleeveless denim dress back at the end of May, and I loved its versatility, So when I came across this oversized denim shirtdress from Sézanes fall arrivals, I knew it would be the perfect alternative to the summer version….

Its voluminous shape makes it incredibly comfortable, and the styling options for it are fairly limitless. Wear it casually with sneakers, dressed up with heels, and somewhere in the middle, like I’ve done here (maybe for lunch with friends…), with these low suede boots (which, by the way, would also look great with jeans…). 

And while I feel as if this is always a particularly awkward time for dressing… you know, cold in the morning, hot by the afternoon… or you simply want to dress for fall, but can’t because the weather is too warm, this denim dress seems to solve those simple challenges above. 

I also wanted to quickly share a few other pieces I think are so beautiful from the fall collection include these sweater pants (which I own, and they are amazing… I just need to hem them a bit), this sleeveless jacket (so chic), charcoal grey sweater dress, abd this beautiful striped cardigan.
