Have you ever felt like you’re stuck in a rut? if you’re human, you probably answered yes. I can recall a few times when I’ve needed to shake things up. It’s that feeling of “what am I doing? How long have I been sitting at this computer?” That autopilot, going through the motions feeling. It’s SO easy to fall into routine and get stuck in it. Don’t get me wrong, I am a lover of routine. Ever heard of those people who say “I could never do the 9-5, it’s too routine?” That’s NOT me. However, I believe that even in the most exciting, adrenaline-pumping job, we just naturally get into a rut, and we need to shake things up and wake ourselves up! But how?
