This is what I like to call my “lunch with the girls but still have a ton of errands to run” outfit. You know, perfect for those days when you need to look somewhat pulled together for your besties, but you still need to be comfortable enough for all those stores you have to run into. For me, those include Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Target, and Costco. On a weekly basis. Always. And since all those stores like to pretty much freeze me out, the boyfriend shirt is a necessary precaution… because I don’t make good decisions in a grocery store when I am cold… especially the freezer section at Costco!

Maybe what I love most about this little ensemble is the juxtaposition of pieces. Like this silk little green number (which I’ve had for years) by itself is a tad on the dressy side. Yet, paired with these casual sneakers and favorite boyfriend shirt it flows together as a simple, yet laid back vibe. Something I like to call #weekendvibes.
