When I first saw this bright sherbet colored peplum top on-line I just knew I had to have it. I waited though. It was bright, and I wanted to make sure that I had enough pieces already in my closet to pair it with. You see, I am notorious for purchasing items that have absolutely no place in my closet… but, I HAD to have them! So after careful consideration… well maybe about a day… I decided that it was time to make the purchase. The peplum shape paired with the bold color makes it a perfect summer staple. For our recent trip to Hawaii, we spent some time in Waikiki where I was able to pair it with these fun floral shorts and my glitter sandals (SUCH A STEAL!!! $16.99 at Target!!). I threw on some fun rings (from my favorite Kendra Scott) and grabbed a large enough tote to carry my camera and sunscreen, and we were ready for a day of fun (brunching, shopping, and sipping mimosas!)! This summer season, don’t be afraid to go bold and glittery!
