The interim period between Halloween and Thanksgiving always moves particularly fast for us… and by the time I get around to actually thinking about Thanksgiving, it’s a mere week away (I’m very lucky that all I am ever in charge of is the stuffing- btw this is the best recipe… people always go back for seconds… and I’ve been making it for years). All that to say, here we are, with Thanksgiving 8 days away and I’m very grateful that I’m not in charge of hosting everyone and actually making a turkey (I wonder when that will pass down to my sister and I… that’ll be an interesting holiday for sure…).
