True Confession: This post was not intended this way. Here’s the story. We had a family celebration on Saturday night and I decided on the ensemble above. Yet, I wasn’t quite sure how I felt about it afterwards (I’m sure most of you can relate to me in that… at least I hope I’m not alone!), so for Sunday Funday I decided to wear the same vest and try again. As luck would have it, I actually ended up liking both and decided to share! This vest is a must have for your fall/winter wardrobe. It’s not too heavy and adds some dimension to an otherwise ordinary outfit. It’s versatile enough to be dressed up (as in the image above), but casual enough to be worn during the day. Which brings me to outfit number two.
I’m loving all things “merlot,” “pinot” or “cabernet” colored at the moment (of course, I won’t turn down either of those wines if they were handed to me :)). Given this, these booties were a no-brainer for me when I saw them!
Yet, the outfit, for me, is never complete until I have the right accessories. I am absolutely LOVING these Lisi Lerch black statement earrings. I’m loving them for so many reasons I don’t know where to start; their versatility from day to night, their ability to make a subtle statement (typically just how I like my jewelry), and the femininity they exude. I’m all about how I feel when I wear something, and I can honestly tell you I felt fabulous with these poking out from my hair! If you’re looking for some beautiful jewelry for the holiday season (for yourself or as a gift) be sure to check these out!
