NORDSTROM SALE || Products I Own + Recommend

I hope everyone is having a great start to the week! I wanted to quickly pop in and share my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale post. As I’ve been doing since the beginning, I rounded up the items that I/We, own, love, and recommend… and then shared a few items I have my eye on, and newer this year, added a few outfit inspos at the end (think “summer date night” and “office setting”). I know this is a heavily chatted about sale, but it is just a sale. So if there is something you’ve had your eye on, something you’re needing in your wardrobe or home, then this is a great time to check out some of the savings. If not, feel free to pass on this post.

And, if you do choose to shop the sale, I hope this can be helpful in some way!

FASHION

ADIDAS ULTRABOOST SNEAKERS: So I have been running in the ultra boost sneakers for 4 years now and they are my absolute favorite running shoe. Great cushioning and bounce when I run. I wear my regular size in these and they fit perfectly.

BAREFOOT DREAMS ROBE: I’ve had the slightly longer version of this robe for 2 years now and it’s such a cozy and comfortable robe to toss on after the shower, when I’m getting ready. It washes well, and has held up great for the past 2 years.

NEW BALANCE SNEAKERS: There was actually a glitch in the Nordstrom system and I was somehow able to order these before we headed out for our trip and they are seriously so comfortable. I wore them for our full day of travel and they felt as if I was walking on a cloud. I plan on wearing them for our heavy walking days as well. They run tts.

ALL SAINTS LEATHER JACKET: Another item I’ve had for multiple years (4 to be exact) and can’t recommend more. Such great quality, so versatile, and a great option for the cooler months. It does run small, so I highly recommend sizing up 2 full sizes if you want to be able to wear a layer underneath.

PAJAMA SET (pants): Another purchase from the sale last year that I wear all the time is this pajama set- so soft and made from eco friendly materials, this is great for summer lounging, and sleeping. Runs tts.

SEAMLESS UNDERWEAR: I stock up on these every year. I have a few go-to pairs of seamless underwear and these are one of them. Very comfortable and you I wear them with all of my leggings and dresses… but also for just everyday wear as well.

STANCE NO SHOW RUNNING SOCKS: I’ve been wearing these running socks for over 5 years now and I can’t recommend them more. My personal preference is a sock that is cushioned, but not too thick that my foot feels restricted in my running shoes and these fit the bill perfectly.

BAREFOOT DREAMS CARDIGAN: I feel as if you can never go wrong with BB dreams cozy pieces and this one doesn’t disappoint. Easy to toss on for travel, or to wear around the house when you want to be comfortable and cozy.

ALO SPLIT HEM LEGGINGS: These are such a great basic wardrobe staple for me. I purchased these back in 2021 and they get so much wear since I think they’re such an easy way to elevate basic leggings. I find these to run tts and if you’re short like me I didn’t need to hem them.

ON WORKOUT TANK: I bought this tank, in white (it’s only available in black and another color for the sale), last summer and it’s a great lightweight option for your summer workouts. The back is open, which adds a nice little breeze on the skin.

BEIS WEEKENDER BAG: I can’t recommend this weekender bag more. It’s so cute, bit also very practical. It fits 3 packing cubes and also has multiple interior compartments, and under compartment, and a slip so it can slide onto a roller suitcase. I purchased one for the girls at the sale last year and we use it all the time.

PAJAMA SET (shorts): annnd, another purchase from last season that is so cute is this button down shorts set. Made from super soft material it’s so comfortable for sleeping.

BEYOND YOGA BIKER SHORTS: These are so so buttery soft and great for low impact workouts… I have them in 3 colors and can’t recommend them more. I would say they fit tts.

LE SPECS LIAR LIAR SUNGLASSES: I’ve had this style for about 10 years now and absolutely love it- it’s on sale, in a slightly lighter tortoise shade, but still so chic.

MONICA VINANDER EARRINGS: I got these diamond hoop earrings as a birthday gift from my parents 2 years ago and they’re beautiful- dainty and great to wear everyday.

FRANK + EILEEN WIDE LEGGED SWEATPANTS: These are so comforable and a great weight for warmer weather… I have them in navy, but they are on sale in a great neutral shade… they’re tts and short gal friendly as well.

BEAUTY

So many of my go-to beauty products are included in the sale this season. These are tried and true items that I’ve really come to love over the last couple of years.

BRIOGEO SCALP TREATMENT: I’ve been using this scalp treatment for 3 years now and I swear it makes my scalp so clean, which, from what I’ve read, promotes healthy hair growth. It also smells like a mint Girl Scout cookie! I double shampoo my hair, so I start with a regular shampoo, rinse, and then lather this onto my scalp, and then rinse.

SUPERGOOP GLOW SCREEN: These products are all part of my regular sunscreen rotation and I can’t recommend them more, especially the tinted facial screen. It’s easy to mix in with my foundation for a beautiful, all day glow, as well.

NECESSAIRE BODY WASH: My go-to body wash for the past 4 years is this necessaries eucalyptus wash- it lathers up wonderfully and it smells as if you’re at a spa (it’s a subtle smell, I’m sensitive to scents).

T3 HAIR STRAIGHTENER: I got this straightener so many years ago and it’s still in great condition. Now that I predominately straighten my hair, it’s moved back into heavy rotation. I also have the ghd straightener and it’s equally as great. And I much prefer the t3 hairdryer to the dyson one I splurged on (I don’t think it’s worth it…).

OSEA MALIBU GLOW TRIO: This is a new to me product this summer season but it truly makes your skin feel so soft and smooth… and it does exactly what it says it should, glow!

KOPARI DEODORANT: One of my favorite non-toxic deodorants, and it comes in a trio for the sale. I love the way their subtle scents smell.

HOME

BAREFOOT DREAMS BLANKET: My sister had this blanket first and once I felt it and sat with it, I knew I had to have one. It is truly so soft and the width is perfect. I sit with it every single night (when I can get it away from the girls….). We also own these lighter-weight, under $20 throws, and they’re great as well.

CORAVIN: I rave about this little wine gadget all the time, but if you’re a big wine fan, this is a great item to have. It allows you to enjoy a glass of wine without removing the cork, so the wine lasts much longer. We love using it for wine tasting purposes as well.

ACACIA CHEESE BOARD: I purchased this during the Nordstrom sale 2021 and use it all the time… it’s large enough for a sizable cheese board, but not too big that it will feel empty. I recommended it as Christmas gifts a couple of seasons ago as well.

MEN + KIDDOS

PAIGE TRANSCEND JEANS: These are TJ’s absolute favorite pair of jeans, and he is always sure to grab a pair at the sale. They’re a slim fit and super flattering.

PETER MILLAR SATEEN PANTS: These are a huge hit with all the men in my family…. TJ, BIL, and my dad… all 3 of them have multiple pairs. They’re a slim fit and such a great pant for business casual environments, as well as casual settings.

DRESS SHOES: TJ owns these dress shoes that he pairs with suits and slacks for more formal business meetings…

FAHERTY COTTON HOODIE: This is a great lightweight throw on and go hoodie for a cool summer day/night. TJ loves his and wears it all the time….

ADIDAS ULTRABOOST RUNNING SNEAKERS: TJ is also a huge fan of the ultraboost sneakers for running… same as the women’s line… cushioned and great for comfortable running.

TOMMY JOHN SECOND SKIN BOXERS: The most comfortable pair of boxer briefs, according to TJ….
