Night out in Vegas

I love going to Las Vegas for so many reasons: the spectacular shows, incredible restaurants, exciting nightclubs…I like to say that there’s something for everyone in that city! I think one of my favorite things though, it dressing up! It seems like EVERYTHING in Vegas calls for a higher dress code. Grabbing lunch at a burger joint on the strip would be strange without heels! Needless to say, we definitely took advantage of this excuse to dress up when heading to Jersey Boys (HIGHLY recommend for your future travels to Vegas), a scrumptious dinner at Mesa Grill and Laguna Champagne Bar for some post dinner champagne!

Sometimes a simple LBD is the best choice, but it definitely needed something else…especially given the fact that it was 48 degrees outside and I forgot my tights! So for added pizazz (and warmth) I added the fur coat, and kept the rest of the outfit simple and sophisticated.

Simple black shoes and handbag with a touch of sparkle from these Kendra Scott rings added the perfect finishing touches to the outfit. There is something magnificently classy about a LBD that makes you feel elegant and attractive.

IMG_0719 Shannon went with a winter’s night out outfit-the white blouse, sequined skirt, and black tights. These are the ideal pieces if you want to look great while not freezing your socks off outside! Plus, what screams “Vegas” more than sequins and sparkle?!

IMG_0722The leopard clutch and neutral accessories (I’m in love with her David Yurman ring) finish the outfit and bring the whole look together. I love adding animal print to neutral colors- and with white, silver and black, it works perfectly.
