Happy Friday friends! We made it… and now time to enjoy a few days off. We’ll be celebrating my dad’s birthday with family this weekend… so that will likely include the pool, good food + wine, along with great conversation. Hope you all have a good one as well….

Sharing my favorite products from the past month with you today…..

FOOD:

Chosen Foods Lemon Garlic Dressing:  I stumbled across this on my last shopping trip (to Sprouts, but someone let me know that Costco sells it too) and decided to give it a try since I’m such a huge fan of their avocado oil. It’s seriously so good. I’ve used it several times this week, and I also think it would make a delicious marinade for chicken.

Trader Joe’s Seedy Almond Salad Toppers: Such an easy way to elevate any salad. It adds such a great pop of flavor…

Trader Joe’s Everything But The Bagel Seasoning: This seasoning is amazing… mix in with an egg scramble… or top some avocado toast with it. A sure way to give an otherwise plain dish excellent flavor!

BEAUTY:

AVA Hair Care Violet Bright Shampoo: I recently ran out of my old purple shampoo and this brand was recommended to me. Obsessed. It does an excellent job of cutting out the brassiness that my hair leans towards…. and leaves it feeling much brighter.

MAC Nude Lip Trio: I bought this at the Nordstrom sale and it sold out so quickly… it’s back in stock and I love it. Such a great nude lip combo… and you can also wear each product solo as well.

BECCA Backlight Filter Face Primer: I purchased the following three items in a kit at the sale (it’s no longer available) and they seriously work so well to create a subtle, flawless, glow… I’ve come to incorporate all three in my daily make-up routine. I start with this face primer, and it gives my skin a soft base glow to start.

BECCA Soft Light Blurring Powder: Before this setting powder I was using a Laura Mercier one and was really happy with it. Yet this one is a game changer. It eliminates shine, and blurs out imperfections on the face…. and gives a really soft glow to the skin.

BECCA Shimmering Skin Protector Pressed Powder: After the setting powder, I use this down my nose and on my cheek bones. It’s such a great powder to add just a touch of shimmer.

BECCA Under-eye Brightening Concealer: I was looking for something to brighten up my under-eye area, and I was sold on the reviews from this product. I put it on before my regular concealer, and it brightens the under-eye area so much.

FASHION:

Free People Bodysuit:  Some bodysuits can be thin and not hold their shape, but not the case with this one. It’s fully lined, with a thicker material. It comes in so many great color options, and I’m considering it in the black too… love how it gives you a perfect tucked in look. (featured here)

Light Pink Pullover:  This was another Nordstrom sale find… and since I love anything comfortable, and versatile, it quickly became a favorite. It’s super soft on the inside and you can wear it lounging, post workout, with shorts, or jeans….

Lightweight Thermal: (feature above) I’ve gotten so much wear out of this piece and I know it’ll continue to be a great basic as we head into fall. I’ve worn it with cut-offs (featured here), with paperbag shorts (see here), and lounging around.

Button Up Casual Jumpsuit: (c/o) This is seriously so comfortable. It has a loose fit, but it hangs nicely without looking like a sack. It has real buttons down the front, so if you’re nursing, it’s friendly! For the fall you could easily layer a suede or leather jacket over it.

High Waisted Leggings:  The back calf detailing on this pair is so cute, with it’s Swiss dot texture. They fit + hug in all the right places… I’ve worn them around town, as well as for longer runs + a spin class. They stay in place so you don’t have to continually pull them up, which is a major bonus (oh, and they have a little key pocket on the inside).

Joggers: Well, these are amazing mainly in part because they are short people friendly. They’re soft on the inside, high waisted, and are great for lounging or an off duty casual look.

Red Maxi Dress: (c/o) Wore this beauty to last weekend’s date night and it was so perfect for summer… I’m loving the shorts/skirt combo and it flows beautifully.

Adidas Slides: Anything that gives me a little extra height and is still comfortable is a win win in my book. These are just that. They have a cute platform to them, and can easily be worn with jeans and shorts as well. They run large so I recommend sizing down (featured here).

Oversized White Cardigan:  It’s lightweight enough for summer nights, but still heavy enough for fall days. It has a slouchy fit, which I always prefer, and it comes in several different colors.

Fleece Sweatpants: I was initially drawn to the neutral color… and then was sold on how amazingly soft they are. Again, another versatile option that can be worn lounging around and/or out + about. I think they would be super cute with the bodysuit I mentioned above + a denim jacket (favorite from two seasons ago).

Lace Off The Shoulder Top: I had my eye on this top at the beginning of summer, and when it went on sale I snagged it. Perfect for a summer date night… I was drawn to the beautiful lace texture and the off the shoulder style makes it perfect for a night out.

Stripe Lounge Shorts: (featured above) Bottom line, I live in these. They’re super comfortable and I’ve even worn them out in public with a white tee and slides.
