The summer is (technically) over, and sometimes I let that get to my head . Thoughts start creeping in like, “Well, I won’t be in a bikini anymore,” “No one will be able to see love handles in this boyfriend sweater,” etc. But that kind of mentality (which only worsens as the holidays sneak up on me) doesn’t bode well for my once high cholesterol…or my self-esteem! So I have to remind myself of the importance of clean eating, which means taking the time, as scarce as it may seem, to prepare my meals ahead of time in order to avoid the plethora of fast food restaurants that surround our office. Which is why I bring you Meal Plan number 3…because clean eating doesn’t end when bikini season does!
