I love having pieces in my closet that make me feel like I should be elsewhere in the world. As if putting that piece on will magically make me feel miles and miles away from reality. When I first laid my hands on this red number I knew it belonged on a sandy beach, margarita in hand, all while taking in a beautiful Cabo sunset. Yet, since the doctor vetoed a Cabo 4th of July trip, that simply wasn’t a reality this year. I can still dream though right? So, I naturally couldn’t help feeling a little giddy when I tossed it on the other day and memories of last year’s Cabo retreat rushed over me. The material was perfectly airy to toss in a little twirl here and there 🙂 I’m sure we all have those pieces in our closet, special ones that take us to far off places!
