It’s hard to believe that the Labor Day Weekend is upon us. I feel as if it was just Memorial Day and we were excitedly gearing up for the summer season ahead. I feel as if time keeps moving faster and faster… and it can slow down at any time…
All of that aside, I hope everyone has something fun planned for their weekend ahead… whether it’s relaxing, filled with “end of summer” get togethers, or a combo of both. The weather here is supposed to be beautiful, and we have a family BBQ planned, and we’re toying with some spontaneous ideas, so it should be a nice couple of days ahead.
But before I sign off for the next several days, I wanted to share some of the items I personally own, and recommend, from some of the LDW sales. As always with my sales post, if you’re in the market for something I hope this is helpful… but if you’re not, feel free to pass!

I love these curve hem jeans… I own them in denim, black, and white. If you’re wanting to try this style of denim, I recommend this pair because it’s not too pronounced and they fit really well. I had to cut them hem, and ended up going up a size in the black and white for a better fit.
These utility barrel pants are great as well… with a slight curve, they work for the office, or out of office as well. These are short gal friendly and I have them in black and white.
I love this soft ribbed cardigan… I recommend wearing it fitted, with a few buttons unbuttoned (as seen above), but you can wear it fully buttoned, tucked in. I love the cashmere color as well.
This merino wool half zip is a piece I’ve owned for about 3 years- so beautiful for fall and the perfect oversized fit.
This basic t-shirt dress… I always recommend this one. Easy with sneakers and a denim jacket as we transition between seasons…
One of my favorite black hoodie sweatshirts (size up) and ivory quarter zip sweatshirt...
I also love this boxy everyday sweater– I ordered it in poppy… also love the black and white stripe. I’m also going up a size for an extra roomy fit.
This basic striped mariner top is great for fall with jeans and summer with shorts…
And these ballet flats are butter soft and very comfortable.
JENNI KAYNE
