Sometimes when I’m getting dressed these days, I look in the back of my closet and feel nostalgia for my beloved summer dresses, getting no love in these winter months (ok, “winter” being used loosely). I just find myself subscribing to the belief that, after Labor Day Weekend, white and dresses are forbidden. However, this weekend I must have been feeling particularly flexible, as it was raining (literally right before and immediately following these pictures), and there didn’t seem to be a question or doubt in my mind that wearing a dress was my best option. Paired with tights, booties, and a suitable jacket, it works!
