The days of summer are far from over for most us in the country (or at least that’s what the weather reports are saying…). At this point, I’m torn. I love fall (football, pumpkin, cooler temps) but also hate to say goodbye to the long summer nights, dining al fresco, cut-offs, and flip flops. So, what’s a girl to do when she’s torn between two loves? Compromise of course 🙂
Here is my compromise: a few key transitional pieces thrown together with this feminine and flowy dress (which definitely makes the cut for fall and summer!). The first key transitional piece? Booties. The second? A floppy, felt hat… perfect for those windy fall days that only make my hair stick up with static. So, until summer ends and fall fully begins, I will compromise and happily relish in the sun this coming weekend (besides, summer doesn’t technically end until the end of September, right?!).
