So, I came down with a nasty cold while we were in New York…. and you can visibly see the impact. It’s as if Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer hijacked this post. If you’re looking for me, I’ll be applying intensive moisturizer for the next week or so….
All that aside, this outfit combines a few of my favorites all in one place: comfortable shoes that give me extra inches, high waisted stretchy jeans, and a white top. Of course, I love that each piece can be worn so many different ways….
I’ve had the jeans for over a month, and depending on weather, love wearing them with slides or kicks…. a bodysuit, tee, tank, or cardigan… and they easily dress up or down….
The shoes (love Sol Sana shoes) arrived very last minute for New York (as in, we were waiting by the door to leave and UPS arrived)…. and I almost didn’t pack them because I knew they’d put me over the weight limit (as if that’s ever stopped me in the past….)…. so I stuffed them in TJ’s bag instead. Wore them for an entire day walking around the city…. comfortable sole, and the extra height is easily balanced because it’s evenly distributed.
This comfy wrap top was one of the first pre-fall items I added to my “heart” items on-line at Revolve. It eventually made it’s way to our house… and I love the way it loosely hangs, but is nice and fitted around the waist area. These could easily be dressed down with high waisted leggings and a pair of kicks…. or dressed up with some leather leggings and OTK boots….
Annnnd, if I’m being perfectly honest right now, I have to wrap this post up… Harper just went down, my cold is still lingering, and my bed is beckoning me early tonight. I hope you all have a wonderful day ahead of you!
