Friday. Relief! I can’t tell you how happy I am that tomorrow (or when you read this today) is Friday! Remember that song “Friday” that was all the buzz a few years back (“It’s Friday, Friday going to get down on Friday”)… well I won’t be “getting down” but there is something liberating about the day. It’s the beginning of not being “on the clock” or having to answer to “someone.” That being said, this skirt (featured here last and the crop top here as a beach cover up) gave me the same feeling of freedom when I wore it last weekend wine tasting. There was a slight breeze all weekend, especially on Sunday when I wore this outfit. I couldn’t help but relish in the feeling of the skirt blowing in the wind. There was something ethereal, free, and romantic about it. Just how all weekends should be, right?
