Whenever I’m tackling a big project I like to give myself a starting point, and work from there. When I don’t, it’s a free for all, and everything gets “sorta” completed. Same thing is going to happen today, when we start packing up the condo…. annnnd, I’ll start with my closet. I’ve decided which items I won’t be wearing anytime soon… like sweaters + boots… so they’ll be packed away first… then I’ll move to special occasion pieces… bags…. accessories… and then I’ll back up my most worn pieces, the basics…..
The basics go last because, well, they’re my go-to’s…. those everyday items that are easy to throw-on-and-go and head out. I snagged this cute little ruffle t-shirt dress last season and it was recently restocked. It’s easy to wear with slides in the summertime, kicks in the fall (Tretorn’s are my favorites), and cute over the knee boots or booties in the cooler months. With cute little pockets + ruffle details, it’s an elevated basic t-shirt dress perfect for any casual occasion.
A few other favorite, comfy, everyday basics I’m loving include everything from Z Supply (I own these overalls and love them), Chaser brand (especially this cute little tank), and this french terry pullover……
